Live: Peckham and Camden accidents see roads closed in early hours with London buses diverted

Two accidents in London have caused major roads to close this morning, Thursday June 6. In Camden, the A502 Chalk Farm Road has been closed for more than four hours following a collision at around 2am.

And in Peckham, the A202 Queen’s Road has also been closed due to an accident. According to traffic monitoring service Inrix, accident investigation work is currently ongoing on the road, between Asylum Road and Carlton Grove, near the Overground and railway station.

This crash was first reported at around 2.30am. Buses are being diverted as a result of both of these crashes.

The Metropolitan Police and the London Ambulance Service have been contacted for further information about these incidents.
