National Rail has said that it has received reports of a person being struck by a train in South London. This means trains could be delayed or cancelled as lines are blocked.
The operator group states on its website: “We have received reports that a person has been struck by a train between Wimbledon and Teddington. Response teams are working with the emergency services to assist with the incident.
“In order to allow emergency services access to the railway all power to the track will need to be switched off in the affected area.”
