A former McDonald’s chef has revealed a secret menu item that only true fast-food fans know about – and it’s a “monstrosity” that combines two rival sets of protein – a Mc-Ménage à Trois

Former McDonald’s chef Mike Haracz is back sharing his wisdom about the fast-food giant by revealing a secret menu item that only the most dedicated fast-food fans know about. The social media star, who used to work for the famous burger chain, has spilled the beans on “The McGangBang,” a sandwich that combines a double cheeseburger with a McChicken.

“If you’ve never heard of it,” he said in his latest TikTok video, “it’s a double cheeseburger with a McChicken – it’s actually better with a spicy McChicken – in the middle of it.” Haracz is known for sharing secrets from his time at McDonald’s, like how to make their perfect French fries at home or whether the size of the Fillet-o-Fish has been reduced.

He explained that “The McGangBang” was part of a secret menu when the double cheeseburger and the McChickens were on the Dollar Menu. “So you could get this massive burger and assemble it yourself for like two bucks.”

He then dared fast food lovers to try ordering the giant sandwich the next time they visited McDonald’s. “Everybody who is part of McDonald’s knows what it is, whether they want to admit it or not – or call it that,” he said. “I’m wondering, if you got to a McDonald’s and order a McGangBang, will they know what it is? Will they know how to make it? How will the give it to you? “.

“The other thing I’d like to know,” Mike added, “if you do order a McGangBang from your local McDonald’s, how much does it cost now? Back in the day, you could order this monstrosity for $2.” Reacting to this information, one viewer replied: “The [McGangBang] is still my regular order, used to be $4 for two of them. Costs me around $9 for both now.”

“I got two I had to assemble myself and a large fry for $15,” another user moaned. “We always called it the Mcenage a Trois,” joked one cheeky fan. But others warned that asking for the cheekily nicknamed snack could land some folks in a pickle. “Depending on the McDonald’s,” responded one hesitant person, “you may find yourself in a situation you were not prepared for.”

In the UK, this little experiment would set you back £6.98, if you opted to go for a Double Cheeseburger at £2.39 and a McChicken Sandwich at £4.59. Or you could try it with the cheaper Mayo Chicken at £1.49, bringing the total to £3.88.
