Kate Middleton was spotted looking cheerful as she left a farm shop with Prince William in new photos. The Princess of Wales was seen in a video, chatting and smiling while out in Windsor with William.
The footage, taken at the Windsor Farm Shop on Saturday, March 16, shows Kate carrying a shopping bag alongside William as they leave the shop and head to the car park. An onlooker who noticed the royal couple described them as appearing ‘happy’. The images have been published by The Sun here.

This video emerges after Kate’s recent absence from public life due to abdominal surgery on January 16, which sparked wild theories on social media about her health and location. Kensington Palace has not disclosed details of her condition but confirmed it is not cancer-related and that Kate prefers to keep her medical information private.
Online speculation increased when inconsistencies were noticed in a Mother’s Day photo of Kate and her children, leading to Kate admitting to ‘editing’ the image and apologising for any ‘confusion’ caused.
Saturday’s new video, shared by The Sun, shows Kate Middleton dressed casually in black leggings, a zip-up top and trainers.
She’s seen chatting with Prince William, who is also dressed down in blue jeans, trainers, a navy jacket and a baseball cap. They were at a farm shop, a favourite spot for locals to buy goods from the royal estates, reports The Mirror.
Kate has been seen twice since her operation. Once, she was seen in the passenger seat of a car driven by her mum, Carole Middleton, in Windsor. She was also seen next to William in a car last Monday when he attended the Commonwealth Day service in London.
Kate had surgery at the London Clinic on January 16 and isn’t expected to return to official duties until after Easter. Those close to Kate and William say the couple will disclose more information about her recovery in due course, according to The Sunday Times, which reports her return is expected after April 17.
A source told the newspaper: “They are at their most open when out interacting with members of the public and I can see a world in which the princess might discuss her recovery out on engagements. If she was going to do it, that’s how she would do it.”
A friend reportedly said: “They will want to be clear and more open, but they’ll do it when they feel ready. I would expect that to be her instinct and it will be her call. They’re not going to be rushed.”
William will also reportedly take time away from public duties during their children’s Easter holiday. Kate was admitted to the London Clinic the private hospital where the King underwent treatment for an enlarged prostate for planned abdominal surgery.
