Bobby Vincent predicts the lineup head coach Mauricio Pochettino will go with for Chelsea’s penultimate match of the 2023/24 season away at Brighton on Wednesday evening

Chelsea head into their penultimate match of the Premier League season with Mauricio Pochettino facing numerous headaches in terms of his team selection.

Just a few days after yet another dramatic victory, this time against Nottingham Forest, the Blues have just Brighton and Bournemouth in the way of a place in Europe for next season. First up, it is a trip down to the south coast to take on the Seagulls, who have had a mixed campaign under Roberto De Zerbi.

There are a lot of permutations that impact Chelsea and whether they qualify for Europe but Pochettino is focused on winning the last two matches and making it five victories on the bounce to end the season. But with so many players now fit and available – in what is an unusual situation for Pochettino – what lineup will the head coach go for?

That is really difficult to predict. Either way, Bobby Vincent has had a good go with Pochettino predicted to make two changes from the side that beat Forest.
