If you’ve been watching Stacey Solomon’s Instagram stories lately, eagle-eyed viewers may have spotted a certain necklace that she’s been wearing quite frequently. The presenter is often seen wearing a personalised gold charm necklace, which features her name spelled out in tiny heart-shaped pendants.
