Hello and welcome to football.london’s live blog for Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta’s press conference ahead of the Premier League clash with Luton Town at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday night.

Arsenal are hoping to return to winning ways and return to the top of the Premier League table with a win over Rob Edwards’ side. Liverpool, who play Sheffield United, and Manchester City, who play Aston Villa, both kick-off on Thursday, meaning the Gunners can put the pressure back on their title rivals.

Mikel Arteta will face the first of a string of midweek fixtures over the next month as April looks to be a decisive month in both the league and Europe. Rotation is expected to be scrutinised after Bukayo Saka came off against City with fatigue, and the Spaniard looks to get more minutes into some of his other players.

Thomas Partey has returned and had a good cameo at the Etihad Stadium and might indeed be back for a starting role. Furthermore, fans are clamouring for news of Jurrien Timber who looked to be closing in on a return but has been missing from the last couple batches of training images.

Kaya Kaynak and Tom Canton will be bringing all the build-up and updates from the Sobha Realty Training Centre shortly. More to follow.
