The Boots Beauty Easter Egg is back for 2024 and is worth a huge £147 and shoppers can get their hands on it for just £40 – but you’ll need to be quick as it’s selling fast

If, like me, you’ve still got the Quality Street tin on top of the fridge and are desperately trying to palm them off to any visitors that come in for a cuppa, then the thought of having even more chocolate gifted over Easter weekend might be all too much to bear. But Boots’ beauty Easter egg could be the ultimate solution.

Due to popular demand, the health and beauty retailer brought back its ‘Little Luxuries’ Easter offering for 2024, and shoppers can get a discount if they act fast. Usually £45, the haul is worth a whopping £147 , but those who use the code EASTER5 at the checkout will be able to get it for £40 – which is pretty impressive when Hotel Chocolat’s Extra Thick chocolate eggs are weighing in at £29.95, with Harvey Nichols stocking a Lotus Egg Chocolate Wedge Assortment for £70.

The gift arrives in an egg shaped box which can be reused as a seasonal decoration, or saved to store any Easter decorations until next year. Inside are 11 seriously impressive beauty treats from renowned and beloved brands like Liz Earle and No7, alongside new and trending products from REM, Dr Jart, Sol De Janiero and more.

And since one of the products is worth £32 alone, it means you get the other 10 products for just £8 – which is an absolute bargain.

Some shoppers may want to buy the box in order to stock up on some of their tried and true favourites for less . There were a couple of products in this edit that I already know, love and use, and would have repurchased sooner or later had I not received them in this haul. The Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa 62 mist , which is worth £16 alone, remains to be the scent of the summer and I get through bottles of this like it’s going out of fashion (it’s not, let me tell you), as well as the Liz Earle Skin Repair Rich Cream, which is a really creamy and luxurious moisturiser that’s perfect for hydrating the skin ready for summer.

Some might want to buy the box due to its value, with some of the products being worth over £30, such as the full-sized Iconic London Illuminator Original Highlighter, which counts the likes of Khloe Kardashian and Jourdan Dunn as fans. The intensely pigmented champagne-toned shimmer highlighter can be added to your foundation, primer or moisturiser, or simply used on its own for a super highlighted glow.

Other beauty fans might take this box as an opportunity to try out some new and trending brands like Ariana Grande’s REM, which is one of the products I’m most excited about. The Cheek and Blush stick included is in a gorgeous coral shade which will suit my paler complexion perfectly, but will work equally as well on darker skin tones, too.

While some of the products inside aren’t worth a huge amount of money they do range from £5.70-£32, with some really useful and genuinely thoughtful products for the time of year, such as the Ultrasun 30SPF Face now that the sun is making an appearance, a No7 Gel Finish Nail Colour so you can do your own pedicure at home, and a Dr Jart+ Cicapair Foaming Cleanser to take off your makeup at the end of the day.

Out of all the products included, there’s only one I likely won’t use, which is the Frank Body Coconut Coffee Scrub as I don’t like coffee-scented products, however, this is where having a regifting box comes in handy, as it can be popped up ready to bulk out a birthday gift, or add in as a Christmas stocking filler later this year.
