Man taken to hospital after being stabbed in Finsbury Park

A man in his mid-20s was found with stab wounds last night (April 19) in Finsbury Park. Police were called to Finsbury Park to reports of a fight on Seven Sisters Road at 9.15pm.

When police arrived they found a man with stab injuries. Members of the London Ambulance Service also attended and took the man to hospital.

The man’s injuries are not thought to be life-threatening. So far, there have been no arrests made and police are continuing with their enquiries.

A spokesperson for the police said: “Police were called at 21:25hrs on Friday, 19 April to reports of a fight on Seven Sisters Road, N4. Officers attended and found a man, aged in his mid-20s, with a stab injury.

“He was taken to hospital by the London Ambulance Service. His injury is not believed to be life-threatening. There have been no arrests and enquiries continue.

“Anyone with information is asked to call police via 101 quoting reference CAD 7511/19Apr.”
