Damage to the overhead wires has led to disruption at a major London station and Heathrow Airport. The issue occurred earlier today at Ealing Broadway.
It has now been rectified, but National Rail says that, as service recovers, trains running between London Paddington and Heathrow Airport / Reading may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 25 minutes or revised.
Officials anticipate that this disruption will continue until 8.30pm. Customers can use their ticket on Elizabeth line services between London Paddington and Reading at no extra cost.

Customers travelling to / from Slough, Maidenhead and Twyford have been advised to use the Elizabeth line.
It comes as a fault with the signalling system between London Marylebone and Harrow-on-the-Hill is also causing disruption to journeys running between these stations. As a result, trains may be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised. Bosses say this is expected to last until 10pm.
Customers may use their ticket on London Underground Metropolitan line services between Amersham, Rickmansworth, Harrow-on-the-Hill and Baker Street stations at no extra cost. Rail replacement transport is also in operation between Amersham and Aylesbury, calling at all stations.
